Mexican Riviera

I saw this pretty Rivi last month in Missoula. Look at that fancy tire mount. I looked for imperfections in the paint job, but couldn't find any.

So many questions: What's that black thing on the back? Is that a solar panel on the roof? I stood around staring for quite awhile, hoping the owners would show up. They didn't.

Pretty nice, even if the chrome is painted white.

I think this bus owner is gong for more practicality than flashiness.
Reflective tape on rear bumper, looks more like a commercial utility vehicle than Riviera.
White painted steel jerry can holders.
Solar panels.
And, yes no chrome. ( kinda surprised about the hubcaps).??

I'm pretty sure that the thing in the black bag is a bicycle hanging from the front fork. You can see the outline of the handle bars on the top and the seat near the bottom. There is another fork mount on the rack right next to it for another bike. I like the very well constructed locking lid over the roof rack.

Busman,
I agree, this bus is all business. but to be honest, the white paint would seem more fussy than chrome because it's chip-ability.

redbus Steve,
Yes! I see it now, and didn't before. Obviously the black on back is a bike. I hadn't noticed the second mount on the right, or the locking lid over the roof rack either. I've never seen one of those before.

I agree with the white paint and reflective tape being different, but actually it makes the vehicle individually lovable.

And the way it's tricked out with bike and extra fuel, the owner(s) is off on a great adventure.

On, on.

At first I thought they'd shut the seatbelt in the door (a common enough thing), but it looks like that's a little reflector. And speaking of reflectors, those are a different style of side reflectors. I wonder what the whole story with this bus is.

Alright,
Mitch.
